How might we show compassion to tricky voices or understand their aggression or why they might sound like someone we know? Well it might help
The hearing voices self-help movement was inspired by research that found there were many people (who were not known to mental health services) who described hearing voices and having a good relationship with the voices. This included being able to talk with their voices and negotiate ways to live together as equals.
